This is a block plane. It complements the 220 and 260 Evolution N planes, as it is particularly well-suited to small surfacing jobs or breaking angles. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it hugs your hand perfectly, enabling precise movement with the tool.
Depth adjustment is simple and precise, thanks to the red lever which can be tilted to suit the desired chip size.
Once the work is done, there's no need to lay down your RALI plane - simply retract the blade using the same lever.
As with the 220 and 260 planes, you can change blades in a matter of seconds to keep your tool sharp and efficient.
The 105 Evolution N is the ideal block plane to have in the workshop or on the job site...the perfect companion.

No more sharpening

Unique patented blade-change system in seconds.

The blades supplied are bi-cut and reversible with a factory-set cutting edge.

Setting 1:
cutting depth

Instant cutting depth adjustment with red lever. There's no need to lay your plane down when you set it up. Simply retract the blade to the base.

Setting 2 :
the chipbreaker

This adjustment is made with the central red knob in a matter of seconds, for perfect roughing and finishing.

Ideal grip

Thanks to its ergonomic design, the 105 Evolution N plane fits perfectly in the palm of your hand, and your 2 fingers guide the tool precisely.

Blade always parallel

The original RALI blades are automatically locked in place and aligned parallel to the base by means of cleverly placed coded pins on the chipbreakers.

Very, very long blade life

1600 meters of chips with a single blade: this is the test carried out at the factory with a chrome blade dedicated to working with soft to medium woods.

Less than 10s to work hardwoods

If you regularly work on hardwoods, replace the chrome blade with a carbide blade and you'll notice the difference.

Innovative heavy sole

RALI has designed a unique two-part lamellar sole. This significantly reduces friction with the material. The sole is adjustable and can be repaired in the event of impact.
